The Buffalo location has the worst service ever! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to this company for any RV repairs! They quickly respond to get you to bring your unit to them, but then all communication disappears. They do not return calls. They overcharge for parts and labor. This company kept my unit for 39 days, promising to fix my axle and that the job would be complete by July 1st. It took them 2 weeks to even look at the unit. When the mechanic finally called, he wasn't even sure if it was the axle or the barrings. I told him to go ahead and replace the axel. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. They asked for the cost of the parts, and I was charged $1700 for the axle. They said it would take 3-4 weeks since it was a custom order part. Later, I found I could get the part from the E trailer for $288, and it could be here in 3-4 days. After July 1st, the unit remained in the same place that I had left it. After numerous attempts to contact me with no response, they ( #RVunlimited) finally gave me a BOGUS tracking number, supposedly from ******* ( I called and inquired, and they did not have an order ). No work was being done, So I came by @RVunlimited and took my unit back home. After they saw me hooking it up ( because they never secured my unit behind the fence, and it had been sitting unsecured).. they wanted to provide tracking numbers and speak to me. I told them to cancel the order, but they would not, stating it was nonrefundable. I disputed my credit card. Since I never received the part, they keep charging my card @********. I would never do business with them again.

I am asking that RV Unlimited ("RVU") refund $224 paid for an initial service fee and diagnostic toward a repair to my RV that they were unable to complete. They have scammed me out of this money with no expectation to complete the repair. I contacted RVU (Tampa) on 12/20/23 via text to repair a RV gas line leak. I communicated with Michelle who stated they were able to perform the work and arranged for a Tech on 12/21. It was explained there was a $100 service fee and $100 diagnostic that would not apply to the parts and labor for the repair and that most common parts were on Tech trucks. I sent pictures of the damage and parts necessary to RVU on 12/20. Once I paid the invoice (after the Tech diagnosed a problem that I had already communicated) RVU showed no desire of contacting me. -12/21 RVU messaged me with information regarding a repair that was not for my camper. I replied this was incorrect and RVU stated they would contact me the next morning. -12/23 I contacted RVU after no communication since 12/21. RVU replied that things were slow because of the holiday. -12/28 I contacted RVU after no communication since 12/23. RVU replied they hoped to hear something from the manufacturer that day. -1/2 I contacted RVU after no communication since 12/28. RVU replied they would follow-up the next day. -1/10 I contacted RVU after no communication since 1/2. RVU noted they had sent my information to the manufacturer and that things were just getting back to normal post holidays. RVU then asked for information about my camper (after stating it had already been sent to the manufacturer). -1/18 I contacted RVU after no communication since 1/10. I demanded better communication. -1/24 RVU initiates communication with me for the first time stating the manufacturer is still not replying. -1/29 I purchased necessary parts from a local company (took 1 hour). I contacted RVU asking to refund the $200 as they were not able to perform the work and had scammed me. They refused.
