              Our vehicle was towed and repaired by this shop. When picked up, my husband was told they were adding tax to our deductible (which was already included in payment from Geico). I called the next morning after speaking with my insurance agent who confirmed they cannot charge tax, and was told by Joe the owner that it was a “convenience fee” for using the credit card machine. Ironically the “convenience fee” was $43.75 which was the exact amount of Erie County sales tax at 8.6% on $500. This company is illegally charging its customers for tax when all tax is already included in the reimbursement from the insurance company. The owner stated I was ungrateful and that it would have taken an additional 2-3 weeks if it was repaired at the dealership instead. He was rude and verbally abusive. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this scam artist.

              This company employees are racist, rude and disrespectful, they were doing a job at my daughter’s apartment complex, apparently there was a miscommunication between the office, tenants and the tow company. Tenants received a notice saying they would be notified when they needed to move their vehicles, at 8:57 am my daughter received a call that she needed to move her car, she immediately went to move her car but it had already been towed, she asked the operator of the tow truck where her car was located because she couldn’t walk around looking for it, as she’s disabled and is unable to walk long distances, the operator proceeded to jump in her face yelling and screaming at her and refused to tell her where her vehicle was. She had to call the police because he became aggressive with her. Then refused to apologize after multiple witnesses reported that he was rude and aggressive towards my daughter. He had no compassion for a disabled person and was ready to physically harm a disabled woman. This is not the type of person I would want to do any type of business with. You shouldn’t treat people like this!
