I had to have alot of repairs done on my H3, I choose Continental, they truly are a one stop shop. They were friendly, attention to detail and efficient; all my repairs were done flawlessly and I had my car back in a few days. They are a great team of knowledgeable mechanics and I highly recommend them as I will be returning to them the next time I will need repairs.

The staff is very polite and professional they fixed my car, no problems runs like new. Will do business again.

Pros: I was in town for a quick visit (3days). My car was lurching forward when stopped so took it to a chain garage shop. It was transmission, so called continental on the advice of mechanic #1. They towed my car same day to their place. Called me that day to inform me of cost of diagnostic eval ($700). Need a car so…..said ok. They called ******* for me to check warranty to see if costs were covered. (No). They called next day with detailed list of parts, labor cost and time estimate,(2 days) and where to look up prices as proof that I was not being taken for a ride…. Cons: each day after that I had to call for an update, (x3) and was told “probably tomorrow.” I live out of town. The 2 day repair they initially estimated was in actuality 5 days. I want a safe car, but if I was told “it could possibly be 5 days” up front, I would have rented a car, gone home to work vs call- off, and returned to Buffalo get the car. Total was $5700. Nice guys. I’m sure they see people in all kinds of moods, so credit to them for remaining friendly. They called a few days later to check how the car rides. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They picked up my suv to replace the engine. I got the car back after 2 weeks and it had been vandalized (tossed and several items stolen from my locked glove compartment). They said that they would review security footage and said they didn't see anything. After a couple days I heard the engine rumble. They told me that the car needed to be reprogrammed, which would take a day or two. I dropped the car off and they kept the car for 10 days, repeatedly pushing back the pick up date. When I finally picked up the car, it had a long scratch on the driver side. The work on the engine seems to be OK and the reprogramming did fix the problem. However, the customer service was bad, repeatedly delaying pickup, my vehicle was vandalized and my vehicle was returned with scratches that weren't there when I dropped the vehicle off. I did notice the recklessness of the tow truck driver moving vehicles around, which is probably how my truck got scratched. And many vehicles, including mine, kept in an unsecured lot behind the property.

Great place! They came and picked up my ******* right out of the garage. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Couldnt ask for better service Picked car up on a friday afternoon and delivered it back to me on tuesday and that was on a holiday weekend with monday being holiday Stayed in touch with me every step of the way Not the first car they have done for me and wont be the last Highly recomended Also i live in rochester ny not buffalo so it wasnt a local tow either Thanks to the guys that took care of my daughter car for me

Urgent car care needed and i was given an immediate appointment to replace some sensors on 2016 BMW. THe turn-around time was phenomenal and they brought my vehicle to me because i wasn't going to be able to make it to the shop before it closed. I have had this car to other shops and been ridiculously up-charged because it is a BMW. Continental didn't do that and charged me what i consider to be a very fair price for a relatively complicated repair. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast thorough service on their vehicle.

I dropped my car off the last week of August they told me my car would be done in about 4 days. I gave them a week before I went to get my car, they told me give the two more days so I did. I went back a couple days later they told me the same thing. This went on for three and half months. But the part that really made me made is the charged my card $2,000 from the beginning that was gaining interest fees. So I finally got fed up and said I can’t wait no longer I’m not giving more time, so the pulled my car out and left it running on the street. I waited for 10 minutes for a invoice nobody came back to the window so I got in my car and left my car still didn’t go over 30 mph… a couple days later I got $150 in tickets from them parking my car on side streets around their shop so now I have a car that’s still broke a bill for $2,000 and $150 in tickets. Don’t go there complete frauds
