I purchased products from this business on March 2 2023 and have no update as of yet. Their website contradicts their claims that they ship out on specific days. Upon further investigation Ive found that this is a scam. She doesnt ship products as promised and also brags about fighting against refunds. I spent $140 + I paid for 3-5 days shipping. Order No. ***** And I am wanting a refund in full. The assistant who emailed me stated they ship out on fridays but this is a complete lie and I just need a refund as this company needs to be reevaluated ASAP.Initial Complaint

I purchased product from this company in December of 2021 and have still not received my purchase. I have been in contact with the company and have been refused a refund along with them not sending my purchase. I have received a tracking number after many emails but the purchase has still it been sent out. I have spent $150 and did not get any of my purchased items in return.Initial Complaint

I ordered body care products from this company in November. Ive emailed numerous times asking about shipping and delivery. I havent received any of what Ive ordered yet. The company post on TikTok promoting the business almost daily. I spent just under ********************************* the products and would like a refund.Initial Complaint

Unfortunately upon purchasing the bundle I did, I realized I wanted to simply cancel that order and actually place a different one. After weeks of being ignored I finally received a response agreeing to issue me a refund. Even more weeks have passed now and Ive been totally ignored with every contact method Ive used with this company. I simply wanted a refund that I was promised by the company. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, and after being outed as a scammer more than 20 times, I believe she just does this specifically to scam people.Customer response

On December 8th 2021 I purchased two products off her socharmonee.com for $100. Shipping is supposed to be **** days but she has stated she is behind. I messaged her on Instagram about my order to cancel it. She told me she would look into it. That was Dec 20th. Two days later I received a tracking number even though I asked for be cancelled. That was December 22nd. Today is January 10th and my tracking is showing my order still has not shipped out. I have messaged her again to have my order cancelled and my money refunded. Along with my complaint, there are more than 50 others commenting on her posts asking where their order is, that it had been 2 months and no tracking number. Multiple others are posting before and after of her product stating she is scamming people. She doesnt not post any results either. I believe she is possibly false advertising.
