We have been having issues with our well for a while. We have had Don's over twice in the last month or so. Last time Matt came in quickly, changed a piece of equipment and charged $459 and left. He also advised us to get our well filled. We got our well filled and a well later the water was gone. We called them back since the problem was obviously not the equipment changed out and received an attitude, no resolution and a option for his lawyers number. We simply wanted the problem we paid for fixed. He did not do his job. They are constantly overbooked and I believe it's affecting their work. We called back several times to be told they're busy and will get back to us. I would like a refund for services not provided.

On June 28th 2022 our office received a service request from this customer stating; (no water is coming into the house pump is stuck at 12 psi) upon my arrival I found that the jet pump had lost prime when I attempted to prime the pump water was leaking back to the well through a faulty swing check. I advised the customer of the cost of replacing the swing check and he agreed to the quote. After replacing the check valve I was able to get the pump to prime and fill the bladder tank. I asked the customer to run some water so that I could make sure the pump would start back up without problems. The pump primed and charged the tank to about 30 psi and stopped, I went out to the well and heard the pipe sucking air, could see that the well water was extremely low. advise customer that his well was out of water. suggested that he install a holding tank with pump saver for a long term solution and would get him some pricing. Told him in the short term he could get some water delivered but he would have to use water conservatively, As per the customer phone call he did get water delivered but it only lasted a couple of days. He called our office screaming at our dispatcher so I took the call. tried to explain that we could not control the level of water in his well but he was not happy and accused me of cheating him, I explained to him the check valve was so the water did not siphon back to the well every time he ran out of water. This seemed to only make him more hostile. I Advised him again that we had no control over the level of ground water. he started screaming again at which time I offered him the name of our lawyer if he wanted to take it further, too which he responded that he would use everything at his disposal to destroy me.

I overheard my husband's phone call as we were in the same room. He did not scream at the dispatcher and he did not threathen to destroy Matt. Our issue was we had no water.he came quickly and replaced a part we can't even be sure was bad because he did not show it to us or leave it. A week later we had no water so therfore he did not fix the situation we called them for. We have had them here several times for the same issue with no resolve. We had another plumber come the same day he refused to come back and he found the crack in the pipe in less than a half an hour. We have spent a lot of money for this one issue and I am only asking for a refund for the last visit. Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, ******* ******

By the customers own admission they had water for a week after the part was replaced. As for the part itself we supplied photos of the deflective part with our first response. We do not believe that the customer is owed a refund but to try and resolve this Issue we are willing to credit $200 back to the card used to pay the invoice

Hey Don, it’s ***** ***** you came to look at my furnace in November 2020 and I’ve finally just received your bill. I tried contacting you mid November 2020 to inform you of things I found out but haven’t heard back. In November I called and made an appointment for you to come out and find out why my furnace wouldn’t start. You then without telling me prior decided to clean my furnace, switch the heat on and get it running, but you also told me to continue pressing the Reset button to start it up. I have a written affidavit from A to Z comfort from their manager, stating he cleaned the furnace prior to your arrival in July. The furnace wasn’t operating, I didn’t ask for a clean. He also found it was a 20$ part came after hours and only charged 76ish dollars but then informed me if I continued doing the reset I would’ve have damaged my entire furnace/oil pump. I’m unwilling to pay the 200+ dollars but I am willing to pay for the time you came and spent so that 1 1/2 almost 2 we can call 2 hours, but for a furnace person to come and look we are looking at 60-80 maybe 100$, not 200$. If we could get this settled I’d prefer not to go to court since I am willing to pay for your time but not your lack of work or unneeded work. Please get back a hold of me as we can discuss and you can be paid. As I said, I can get a signed affidavit from the manager who will confirm the story. So it’s waste yours and my time in court when you can just get the bill settled with me not lawyers.

Called business and was told that they have adjusted the bill and only charged 1 1/2 hrs labor and resent bill to consumer. Consumer was satisfied with that, however, they have not been paid yet.
