      We have been using Perennial Lawn Care for a number of years, at our rental properties as well at our home. We recently noticed additional growth of some type in our lawn at home. I have called three times ~ once left a message and twice talked to a “receptionist “. Our request to have a representative contact us to make arrangements to look at our lawn has fallen on deaf ears…

      ***** gets one weed treatment per year. We had an issue with our former office person not relaying messages which has now been resolved. I will look at the lawn today but it is probably crabgrass which has taking over this year and the customer did not receive the treatment to protect against crabgrass and summer annual weeds. We don’t normally do service calls for customers with one application as we do 5 apps on most of our customers.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Please note that we do extensive business with Perennial Lawn at our apartment complexes ~ the fact that we do one application at our home should have no bearing on the customer service we receive.       Business Services preform 5/14. I sent payment via bank billpay the next day. Business said they never received payment. For which I contacted the bank, the bank provided me a deposited check that business made on 5/20/24 for the entire bal due. Business continues to send past due notices.

      I hired Perennial Lawn and Landscape to do a large area ( several linear sections) restoration job. I also gave them this seasons fertilization program paid in full. The restoration project cost me $1,206.58 paid in full. All areas have been treated with top soil and seeding. The issue is it has been 6 weeks and has been cared for by proper watering to not dry out and no seeds have sprouted in all areas treated. I have called Perennial and did get thru once and was told a tech person would contact me to go over the issue. It has been over a week and no response to this. To date have made several calls and had to leave messages to call me on this and still no response. I most likely will cancel the fertilization program if I can get a refund on that. ****** ******* ******* **** cell.

      I have met with ****** on 5/31/2023 to go over the problem with the lawn. I didn't get right back to him because I had a child the week he called. The job was signed six weeks ago and done 18 days ago.

      Customer burnt his lawn last year with spilled fertilizer and we are working to repair that. I told him it may take longer due to the bad soil from over fertilizing. I saw that the soil was dry today when I went to add more seed and advised him to leave sprinklers in the yard and run them mornings and evenings. I let him know not to let the new seed and soil to become dry otherwise it wont grow. A refund for the fertilizer program can be issued apon his request.

      This is the second year we have used Perennial Lawn & Landscape for summer lawn treatment. We noticed large amounts of weeds this year, while neighboring lawns seemed fine. After our last service on 8/10/2022, we reviewed camera footage which revealed the "technician" spent less than 10 minutes from the time he pulled up to the time he left, and did not treat the front yard at all. There was no camera for the back or side yards, so we cannot say whether those parts of the yard were treated or not, but based on the amount of weeds, it seems they have not been treated either. We called the office and finally was able to speak to a person on 08/12/2022, and she indicated a "technician" would call us back the next day. Almost a month has passed, and still no contact from Perennial.

      Dan miles was only a customer in 2021 we have a computer with all records of customers and dates that lawns were done.So I don’t know why he thinks he has been with us for several years. As far as his camera my brother did his lawn at least once and DID NOT skip the front yard.

      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My response to the business was in regard to them indicating I was a new customer (I’m not sure what relevance that has), but since they acknowledge I have been a customer for 2 years, they seem to be refuting their previous statement).As for “a brother” treating the lawn once - that does not address any issue, since the lawn treatments were for 4 or 5 treatments.  As stated many times, we have video footage of the date in question which clearly shows NO treatment to the front yard.   Never have we received an apology, an offer to come and re-treat the lawn, or refund that portion from the amount we prepaid for the season.It’s a really poor way to run a business.
