I originally contacted Josh to plow my driveway in Sept '21 to which I was sent an estimate and told contracts go out 11/1. 11/15 I reached out because I hadn't received anything and was told we were "good". January '22 I still hadn't had anything done, so I hired someone for a one time plow and contacted Josh again, to which I was told he never received payment or contract, to which I replied I never received it though I reached out multiple times. At the time I paid him by check, and did commit via text for the season. During the next couple of months, I grew very frustrated because my driveway was not being done without multiple requests via text, even being told I was last to sign up so last on the list of priorities. Even though I shoveled the driveway myself on many occasions, I let it go because I understood he had other clients. Once the snow finally melted enough, there was gravel covering a very large portion of my back yard and along the sides. Also, my fire pit was demolished, which again I didn't bring up because it was my first year with all of this. I contacted Josh again on 4/11/22 to ask about gravel cleanup so that I could mow my lawn. I was told that was included in the contract and he'd be out that week, as he was behind due to an accident with his truck. Again, I said I understood. I contacted him again on 4/24, as he still hadn't been out and was told he'd be out the next afternoon. I contacted him one last time on 4/29/22, to which I was now ignored. I still have yet to be able to mow that entire section of my backyard and feel cheated out of work that was promised. I hired someone because I am a single mom and don't have the ability or knowledge to do these things myself. Now I feel stuck with a huge mess from someone I paid a lot of money to-$350 for the season. The fact that he won't even respond to me makes me sad that I trusted him and was understanding so many times to all of his personal life incidents. I would like a partial refund
