Asked Second look maintenance to preform a core aeration and overseed on my lawn. We expressed that we have underground wiring (for robotic mower) and to let us know BEFORE stopping out so that we can flag the area's where the wire is. Second look ignored my request and came at there convenance and destroyed the underground wiring (for our robotic mower). It us $250 to install new wire for our mower because of there negligence. I agreed to pay them for the supplies used or waive the fee but they were not receptive. No sympathy/ empathy for damages they did to my lawn. It does not state in the contract for damaged underground wiring.

As previously stated on your ****** review:While we strive to provide the best possible service to each of our clients, unfortunately some issues are beyond our control. As stated on the agreement (also copied below) we are not responsible for unmarked underground utilities. Your low voltage robotic mower line is no exception. While we understand your frustration and the out of pocket cost for repairs, we clearly state in writing that we can not be held responsible for those damages due to your failure to mark the line properly.Service Description:a. Second Look Maintenance, Inc recommends core aerating once per season.b. All cores will be blown off of all hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks) once complete.c. Core depth will be about two and one half inches (2.5") deep depending on soil moisturecontent.d. Second Look Maintenance, Inc is not responsible for damage caused to unmarked irrigationheads, irrigation access panels or any other underground utilities. This was also stated in the email you shared, we are not responsible for underground utilities.  This account is delinquent and our next step is to forward it to our attorneys for collection.  As agreed in the original agreement these costs will be added to your balance and a negative credit rating may be submitted to credit reporting agencies.  We are more than willing to work with you on the accrued late fees, however we provided a service and your failure to follow the guidelines for your utilities is not our responsibility.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
