Ordered a Christmas stocking in August. She said it should be done early October. October came and went, November she said it was sent, then her father passed away, then it stocking was lost in the mail but located it, then she was in the hospital and said the stocking was almost done. I haven't received the stocking or a refund.Business response

I have contacted ****** to inform her as I had before I was remaking her stocking and refunding some money for the inconvenience We lost power with wind storm and feet of snow and have it almost done to ship out by end of the week to her as I had explained to herCustomer response
