I purchased paving stones on 10/3/22 from Precision Stone & Supply. My contractor was scheduled to pick them up due to weight and volume. Tried calling on 10/5/22 to let them know of the 10/6/22 early morning pick-up, but the phone just rang. I sent workers over on 10/6/22 and they were told the owner had been shut down due to unpaid rent, and the owner of the property was not releasing his material until his rent was collected. I continued calling Precision that week and received no answer, and by the weekend the number was disconnected. I went to the location and spoke with the workers of the property owner. They confirmed his shutdown due to unpaid rent. I was given the owner of Precision's name (******) and personal cell number to call him directly. I called, got no answer, and left him a voice mail explaining I'd paid for 7 pavers and tried picking them up unsuccessfully because of his shutdown, and his business phone was disconnected. I received no response, called again and his voice mail is now full so I texted stating if he could let me know when his business was handled so that I'd have a time frame on getting the pavers, being sympathetic to his issue. No response. Sent two more texts with the same message (after placing a call each time), and still no response. I went back to the location 2 weeks later and the property entrance was chained and locked. I returned again 2 weeks later (mid-November) and the gate is open. I walked in to back office of the property owners to find out the owner of Precision removed all his materials (stones, pavers, etc.) and was told they heard he'd moved to a nearby yard and gave me his whereabouts. Tried finding the yard, but he was nowhere to be found and still not answering calls or texts. I would like to receive the pavers because I ripped out my front yard and designed grass and flowers around these pavers. I am now left with dirt, mud, and space. If I cannot receive the pavers I want my full refund of $287.49.Customer response
