I placed an order on 11/24/2023 (order #****) for the amount of $113.28. It was a bulk order and one of the items was not received. I have contacted the company several times by email and by leaving a voicemail. I have also left them messages on their online chat. I have not received any contact back. I am looking to get the correct item to resolve this issue however after numerous contact attempts without a reply I have no other mechanism to get this issue addressed. The item not received was the case of 6 Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix.Business response

BBB spoke with a rep who noted that ******* is not allowing refunds, but that once this is cleared up the refund would be processed. An attempt to refund was made on December 22.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Issues with *******, while I appreciate the context, are not my responsibility or concern. The company chose to use a third party retail platform and there should be no reason refunds are not supported. My position is until the money is returned this issue is open. The long delays in getting a response and no ability to talk live to a person when I have called the support number has been an unacceptable experience. Online order through Hudson River Foods placed on April 3rd, 2023. No order shipped; cannot contact vendor. Chat unavailable, no return for calls to customer service, customer service not available. Order was for $39.25 and was payment was processed. Would like my order fulfilled or money returned. Is this business still ALIVE? If so, they now have most sullied reputation from this long time customer.Business response

Hudson River Foods reached out to ******* on April 6th, 3 days after his order making him aware of some shipping delays, we received no response back, and his order was sent out to him shortly after and delivered on May 5th, 2023.
