8/9/19 I had Huber Enterprises install ********** split system Air conditioners in my house. The system consists of 3 air handlers and one outside condenser. They installed it and I ran it for around 6 weeks and shut it down for the winter. Summer 2020 I run the system for 3 months and it stops working. I call Huber and they send technicians to the house who found the unit was not charged, so they added coolant and and charged me $248.40 for something that was an install error/equipment failure(8/17/2020). Equipment gets shut down for winter and makes it through the summer of 2021 until it seemed like it struggled to cool but it was at the end of the season. Again I shut it down for the winter. April 2022 upon startup its not working. I call Huber multiple times they just give me excuses not to come and fix it. Finally they stopped all together answering my calls and not returning my messages. I had to **** **** **** to come check the units they deemed the units or install were faulty. Now at this point I have paid **** **** around $700 and they said it will likely cost me much more to fix. I bought these units from Huber Enterprises With a 12 year warranty . This is unacceptable to pay this much and to have such a headache and the A/C system working on and off and as of now completely not cooling anymore. I would like them to stand behind their product and install with out me having to spend anymore money out of my pocket. This whole experience is unprofessional and a nightmare.
