Date of transaction-09/29/20 Delivery Date- 10/14/20 Amount Paid- $1377.00 ************* *********** The dryer was first delivered to us om Oct 14th. There was a defect with the dryer and ******* technician came out, inspected & approved a replacement. We got 2 more such replacements from AHC and all were defective. All defective dryers were taken back by AHC. We had purchased the dryer through Industrial appliances which was provided by AHC appliances and check was made out to AHC appliances as attached. Due to dispute between these 2 companies, neither of them are willing to refund the money and ******* cannot provide a replacement as they want to inspect the defective dryer which is not on our property.We have been struggling without a dryer for over 15 months now and being pushed back and forth between all these companies after paying $1377 for the dryer. This is totally unacceptable & we are looking for a full refund along with a compensation .Business response

To Whom It May *********************** understand ******************************** frustration and we truly empathize. Unfortunately, the dryer was purchased directly by **************************** from Industrial Sales who purchased the piece from us, AHC Appliances. We were the distributor. Even though the initial payment was made to us, we've since reimbursed Industrial Appliances for the dryer since that's who ********** to. Again, we empathize with **************************** for the inconvenience and aggravation but she has to seek reimbursement from Industrial Sales.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Thamks for your response. However I have received this response via email as well from AHC Appliances but they have failed to produce a proof of the settlement of the amount for my dryer to Industrialappliances.]
