My family purchased my first pair of jeans from Under510 in mid-September 2022 as a holiday gift. I received the items on Christmas Day. I wore the jeans the next day then washed them. The left pant leg shrunk two inches shorter than the right and the right front pocket liner shrunk and won't stay inside the pocket. I emailed Under510 with photos of the problem. Their response was that I missed the return window by two weeks and I could buy another pair at a discount. Regardless of their return window, the defect has nothing to do with dislike of the product nor wear and tear. It's a product fabric defect. They should replace the pair of jeans. I wore them once and washed them once. My family took advantage of a sale/promotion and bought them early -- no product should fail after one wear/wash. Happy to provide photos. It's ridiculous how much shorter the left pant leg is from the right one -- not even sure how that happens. All I want is a replacement pair but they won't honor the request.Customer response
