      CLASS ACTION against I FLY WITH CLASS?This case with I FLY WITH CLASS has now been going on for over three years.I have once again been trying to follow up on not getting a refund from this atrocious company. I have been dealing with the **** in ******** and they have a plan that they have sent to me, to *** through the local courts, as ************************* or anyone in I FLY WITH CLASS is now refusing to reply to any of their questions. How can it come to this?I am not even sure that it applies to us as we are ***********, living in *********.DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A CLASS ACTION GOING ON WITH THESE PEOPLE?Surely something can be done. They owe us over AUS$12,000.

      Thieves!!! Booked a ticket before Covid that I tried to redeem with the credit note that they gave me and found out that 3/4 of the ticket had been reimbursed directly to the owner of the company and there was only 1/4 left with the airline. When I asked him to do something about it, they basically laughed in my face .Definitely dishonest people and company

      I recently purchased 3 business class tickets from this outfit, each circa $12,000-15,000.Ticket 1) They changed the airline and routing without my authority with an unrealistic layover (I would not have approved) resulting in the passenger having to spend 23 hours inside **** airport.Ticket 2) ****** Airlines called on the return date to advise they were cancelling the ticket as Fly With Class are not an authorised nor reputable travel agent. This resulted in me having to spend $18,000 on a new ticket.Ticket 2) They wrote the middle name of this passenger incorrectly, despite taking the information from a copy of the passport. The airline said they would make the amend FOC without any problem, but needed fly With Class to approve. Although I remain thousands out of pocket from the ****** cancellation, Fly With Class made a partial refund (hardly enough) but fabricated an invoice for $2,000 for the name change of passenger 2 (they accidentally sent a name change invoice for another client for $1,000, both were created on 30 June but backdated to May, so I would propose this is a tactic of theirs)I plan to take action for the loss due to the cancellation and the fabricated penalty

      Fly with class booked tickets for us to fly from ********* to ******* April 2029.A week before we were due to leave the world shut its borders . We kept in contact with Fly with Class over the next two years . We were assured and have a credit certificate that they would honour our $ ***** that we had paid . When we were ready to rebook overseas tickets the company is non contactable . They will not return phone calls . Answer emails. We need that money to rebook flights for our long awaited holiday . I know they got the money back from ****** . I cannot understand how an accredited company can think as a consumer I would be ok with loosing $***** .I would like someone from this company to call me . **

      Great, I look forward to having a discussion with someone, we have a lot of further information on how the tickets were purchased by Fly with Class in a fraudulent way via the airline correspondence that we achieved in an effort to try & get our money refunded & it all pointed back to *** from Fly with Class in his unethical business manner.

      It was extremely difficult to communicate with ****** and ****. They are lying all the time . First about the tickets. I bought tickets to fly with my 90 years old mother. The tickets which I got had 45 minutes layover time in ******!!! It was not possible to change the tickets thru the agency. They charged me for $50 tips for travel agent ******, who is absolutely useless. I called to airline directly to make the changes in itinerary. Finally, The itinerary has been canceled by airline in February. I didn't get the refund until I called directly to airline. The airline agency confirmed that refund wasn't requested by agency. My recommendation is to save your time and money just stay away from this agency.

      I purchased a business class ticket to fly at Christmas to **********. Had to change my plans due to Omicron cases escalating there and many places closed. So I paid a change fee to take the trip in May. They never sent me my new ticket after I paid the $559 fee. They do not respond to my emails or phone calls. I am being ghosted by them. No response, no explanation.No way to resolve issue.
