            This company does not care about their customers. Only thing they care about is themselves. I wired them money to pay off what I owed to them. They were quick to send the payoff letter with no problem at all. When it was time for me to request a couple of documents (Stamped UCC3 form and a closer letter) it is literally like pulling teeth. I have been requesting this stuff for almost a week. I call and text multiple times a day. They rarely answer the phone nor do they rarely respond to text. When they do finally answer the phone or get back to you, they make commitments that they do not keep(i.e. You will get the documents first thing in the morning but then I never receive them at all.). I have reached out to *******************, *************************, *** from accounting department to you name it with little to no help. I am looking for the proper stamped UCC3 and the proper closer letter without the contradicting wording they had on the letter.

            I was over charged for $1985 that I was told by *** at ML factors would be resolved, now I cant get a response and I was told today by an accountant named ***** (a man) that **** being fined for taking finaincing elsewhere of $5000 and they were reducing it to the $1985 that they took from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!
