    In August 2023, I returned my 2020 Hyundai Ioniq to Centereach Hyundai and leased a new 2024 Hyundai ******. I returned the vehicle on time. A few months later, I received letters stating i never returned the Ioniq. I spoke with the dealership, they said it was grounded. I than had a Tow truck driver come to my residence looking for the Ioniq. Once again spoke with the dealership and Hyundai finance. I have now received letter from Collections stating that i owe ***** dollars to Hyundai Financial. I need outside help resolving this issue. thank you for your consideration.

    I brought my truck in on June 22, 2024 as I was having problems with my motor. I had bought my truck which is a 2017 Hyundai ******** on October 20, 2019 & it had ****** miles on it. I had also purchased an extended warranty. I wanted to keep my personal plates which were in my husbands name so the truck was registered in his name. Unfortunately someone in ****** DMV made an error & recorded my title with almost ******* miles on it. In 2021. I transferred the truck to my name as I was paying the loan & at that time the truck had ****** mile on it. DMV did not inform me of the error on the title so when the vehicle was registered in my name with only ****** miles on it, it looked like I tampered with the ************* vehicle was branded. When I found out about this I went through the proper channels to have the title fixed & mailed a copy to Hyundai Corp. to take off the branding. In March of 2024 I brought my truck to Hyundai in Centereach due to recalls as well as another issue with my catalytic converter & mentioned my warranty which they said I did have & fixed my truck under my warranty so I thought it wasn't branded anymore. I just brought my truck in & they said I needed a new motor, but the truck was branded so it wouldn't be covered. I wound up contacting corporate that Monday & explained everything & had the branding removed so they approved the motor being repaired under the warranty. I work from home so the truck is only used for me to volunteer at 3 hospitals with my certified therapy ******** told them that. They have had the parts to fix my motor since June 27th & said my truck would be fixed by the end of the week or early next week. I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle so I could volunteer with my *********** said they don't have one. I called them on June 29th & they left me on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke to them on ************* said I would have my car by today. Now they are saying I might not. They are keeping me from volunteering.
