    These people are thieves they will hold your credit card on file and later charge you additionally I had a trip on 6/5/24 which was paid well in advance on 6/8/24 I recieved an additional 20$ charge when I called the company they informed me it was a tip for the driver I told them I did not add a tip they hung up and refused to return the charge. If I could give 0 stars I would the service was horrible reckless drivers old ran down vehicles

    Passenger reserved a ide to/from ************* and Jfk for 5/30 and 6/5. He was told his credit card would be on hold till the day before the trip at which time it would be charged upon their approval. His trip to Jfk was 5/30 and the card was charged 5/29 exactly as explained. He was due in to jfk for his return trip at 1029 pm on 6/5. He was ready to leave 45 min later at 1115 pm. Our driver was waiting at jfk since 1015 pm and left with the passengers at approx 1115 pm. Our driver contacted us after dropping off the passengers and said he did not get a tip but the customer told him to put $20 on his card. Our booking dep[t charged the card $20 on 6/7. No one ever called us to complain about the tip charge. The passengers were picked up and dropped off timely and safely both ways. If the customer feels he's not interested in tipping the driver , although we find that to be of questionable character we will refund is $20.

    Never showed up. We booked a ride to and from the airport. The ride from the airport was in a broken down, filthy escalade. The driver, ***** for the return trip never showed up even though he told us he was 10 minutes away multiple times when we called. We missed our flight home and had to get a hotel and pay $200 extra for a flight the following day.

    This company left my family STRANDED for 3 hours at ****** airport last year. My mother confirmed with them via phone call that a driver was on their way as soon as we landed at the airport. We spam called their phone about 30 minutes after their company failed to show up at their scheduled pick up time. We then sat and waited for 3 hours because we already pre-paid for the ride. Eventually our family started to get frustrated and bicker amongst each other because of how livid we all were from the situation. Some of us ended up buying train tickets and we were going to grab a taxi to make the next train, but after some convincing from my parents we decided to wait it out a bit longer. Once it hit the 3 hour **** I told my family and friends I was taking the taxi across the street whether they are coming with me or not and paid the full fare all the way to the northern/middle part of Long Island because at that point I just wanted to get home as fast and easily as possible. This company is an absolute disgrace and I'm not sure how they are even allowed to continue their shady business practices with the sheer amount of negative reviews amongst many different platforms alone. Shame on these people, I wish I was able to give them negative star reviews because they don't even deserve the 1 star.

    We would give 0 stars if that was an option. First of all, the car was in bad shape. Secondly, the one seat belt didn't work. I told the driver and he said yeah it doesn't work. I said that I didn't feel comfortable without a seatbelt and we were six people. He said one would have to sacrifice. It was a rainy day and his defoggers didn't work. Driver had to keep putting down driver side window to clear his window so he could see. When I called to complain to Vic he said "you got to the airport on time didn't you?" This was suppose to be the start of a beautiful family vacation and it was one of the worst experiences of my life! I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE!"
