I hired this man the owner (Mark Congden) to pick up and deliver landscapping stones and deliver them to my home, instead he delivered them to his own home and has kept them there for almost 2 years! during these past 2 years, all I've received from him were excuse after excuse as to why he could not deliver my property for which I paid for, this lost time has caused me to delay having my driveway sealed, because I did not want to have heavy equipment driven on my driveway, it has cost me more money to have a certain area of my yard that was supposed to have natural stone steps placed, I had to pay for the area to be re dug out because of the soil had washed away the initial formation for the steps. Throughout this entire ordeal he has done nothing but lie, and treat me in an unprofessional manner, he has a bad temper especially when I know he had been drinking, he has threaten to place my paid for items out to the curb and give them away for free. At one point he told me that he had to have rotator cuff surgery and was unable to guide the rocks onto the ground and that if I found some help that he would be more than willing to deliver my stone, well I had about 4 men available and ready but Mark stood us all up, these men had taken time away from their families and lives to help me with these stone, but Mark never showed up and started ignoring my phone calls, it had gotten to the point where I had to use other peoples phone to contact him, he became irate and agitated and hung up on me at one point but then sent me a text apologizing (which I didnt believe it was a sincere apology) because he continued to stand me up, this went on up until this day 6/12/22, I had to literally pay a tow truck company to go and pick up my stone, This man is very short tempered and very unprofessional, I would not trust him to do any type of business with. His overall customer service skills are down the drain in my book. If your considering doing business with him, DONT DO IT.
