      I purchased tickets to the altamont fairgrounds New York Overdrive monster truck show on June 22, 2024. One of the add ons was a monster truck ride experience for $20. I purchased 2 $20 tickets for $40. We arrived at the show and were told there was no ride on experience, and we would be refunded the money within the next few weeks. I never received the $40 refund. I called 2 numbers for overdrive, one disconnected and another just rang. I emailed the company and there was no response. I also call the the fair grounds and they gave me the number 540-238-6882. I called the number and the gentleman said he knew the people who owned the company but would only give me their email. He asked me what my issue was and I said I would like to take it up with the owners . He then hung up on me .

      On May 9th, 2024 I purchased a family 4 pack of tickets to the June 22nd, 2024 Overdrive Monster Trucks show at the Altamont Fairgrounds. We also purchased a $10 Exclusive Poster, which we received when we checked in for the show. Finally, and leading to my issue, was the $20 pre-payment for a Monster Truck Ride Experience for my 7 year old son. When we arrived they advised they see we bought it, but that that truck was broken and they were not going to be doing the Truck Ride Experiences. We were told we would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Since then I have emailed several times, tried calling the number listed (which goes directly to a voicemail box that has not been set up, and hangs up) and messaged through ******** and *********, all without any answer regarding the $20 refund we have not received. I would like to be reimbursed for this fee. It's bad enough my son was so upset he didn't get the birthday present truck ride he was promised, but now to not be reimbursed for it is even worse.

      I attended the event at the ******** ********** in Altamont, New York on June 22, 2024. My ticket confirmation number is: ********************* and my Registrant ID *******************. I had purchased the family four pack of general admission to the matinee showing for $50.00. I also paid the additional $80.00 for each of us to partake on the monster truck ride. Upon arrival we were told that the truck we were meant to ride did not make it to the fairground for the event, and that we should expect a reimbursement on the credit card that was used. I waited three weeks for the reimbursement, and then sent an email to inquire on 7/15/24, of which I have no response. I cannot locate a valid phone number to call.

      Show was schedule for July 13th in Waconia, MN. Two shows were scheduled in the morning and in the evening. I purchased the tickets a day before. On the event day they canceled the 2 shows and decided to do only 1 show. Their excuse was due to weather related. It was set to rain on MN but it didn't. They didn't give proper notice and they refused to refund people's money. Numerous of complaints were made to their Facebook page and they deleted the post! I try calling, email and messenger. Their excuse one more time was due to the weather which turned out to be a sunny day. They canceled the show instead of reschedule and refused a refund.

      On 3/25/24 I purchased tickets to an event on 5/17/24 at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds for two adults and two children to see a monster truck rally put on by Overdrive Monster Trucks. The event was listed as a rain or shine event. The total of the tickets including the VIP pass was $95.00. The tickets were emailed to me. On 5/17/24, I arrived at the Fairgrounds for the event and was greeted at the gate by a man who advised that although the event was rain or shine, the track was too wet to host the event and it was cancelled. I could either come back 5/18/24 (which I could not due to prior plans) or email for a refund. I have since emailed, called, private ******** messaged, and posted on the event and cannot get anyone to acknowledge me. I would like a refund for the rain or shine event that I attempted to attend (after driving an hour) that was very clearly not a rain or shine event.

      On Friday, May 17th Overdrive Monster Trucks had a scheduled event at the ********** County Fair grounds. This event was advertised as a "Rain or Shine". The event was cancelled last minute, ironically due to weather conditions. I contacted the company that night via email with a copy of my receipt and expressed my desire for a refund of my purchase price. I allowed a few days to pass, I emailed them a second time after not hearing anything in response. Contacting the BBB is the next logical step in correcting this matter.

      I orginally purchased 4 tickets, totalling $52 on 8/10/23, then upgraded to VIP for an additional $103 on 8/14/23, for the Overdrive Monster Truck show in Gilbert, PA for September 2023. They canceled that show 4 days prematurely due to forcasted rain and informed us that they would honor the tickets at this years show. However, they never rescheduled that show. I, along with several other people, have attempted to reach out to ask about the show and our refund. I personally have e-mailed them at least three times, attempted to call, but voicemail not set up, no one answers, and messaged them on facebook messenger multiple times. All of my e-mails have gone unanswered and the only response, after messaging them several times, was that my refund was being processed. However, I only received $52 out of a total of $155 purchase. I attempted to message them again, asking about the remaining refund, and they have not responded to that. They have been quick to respond to posts about customers being excited to see their upcoming shows, and completely silent when it comes to posts asking about our refunds for the show they never rescheduled.

      The business eventually reached out to me, but they were very rude and condescending, and I have screenshots of his response and then he proceeded to block me. This is a very unprofessional and unorganized business, and apparently there are several people who have yet to receive their money. Fortunately, I received the remaining amount of what was owed to me, but he sent it to me through a Venmo account and proceeded to tell me to go away. I have attached the screenshots as well.
