      I ordered food from fu sing Chinese food restaurant and they made all my food wrong and refused to remake it or refund my money when I called to get my order remade or money refunded they told me they would not remake or give me my money back and I was told to never order from them again that they would never make food for me ever again if I ordered at a later date if this is how they treat there customers they should not be in business and should be shut down

      Dear Better Business Bureau (BBB), 
      These two customers: ****** ******** and her husband **** ******** have been going on with this on and off for a long time. On at least one occasion; June 22, 2022 as shown on our paper receipt order, ****** ******** ordered over the phone for a quart of chicken lo mein, combo of shrimp broccoli with two dollars extra shrimp and combo of sesame chicken which she mentioned that one sesame chicken with white rice. All of our combos come with fried rice unless the customers state they want white rice instcad, My mother took their order and repeated it back to ****** ********* Then 1 (Maria) repeated the order back to ****** ********* ****** ******** confirmed the order. 
      Later on ****** ******** and her husband **** ******** arrived in a black **** ******** SUV to pick up their order (our restaurant is a curbside pickup). Their total was $32.25. They paid with $40.00 cash, and we gave them change. The wife ****** ******** was the driver, and she sat in the car, while her husband **** ******** came out to pick up the order. 
      Later on, this couple waited in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes. Then, when the restaurant got busy and other customers were waiting in their cars for their orders, they gave us a call and complained that the combo of shrimp broccoli had fried rice with it. As mentioned above all of our combos come with fried rice, and as stated on our menu. ****** never even mentioned they wanted white rice. My mother and I even repeated the order over the phone to ****** multiple times. I offered the customer a free white rice on the side, however I could hear **** ******** in the background saying, "No she won't cat it with fried rice, we need another order with white rice" (said by **** ********). **** thought that he could keep the shrimp broccoli with fried rice and have both orders for free. That is when I said, place the shrimp and broccoli with fried rice on the table. We will make you a shrimp or broccoli with white rice. They were mad when we said to put the shrimp broccoli with fried rice on the table, because then they knew they could not take the food for free. Since they were mad about not getting a free order for their own mistake. I offered them that we will give the money back- and we did give them the money back, even though we were busy with other customers' orders. 
      My father gave them the money back to **** ********, but the eggroll was missing. We asked them to return the egg rolls. That is when the husband slammed the egg rolls onto the window so hard that you could hear it all the way in back of the restaurant, My father had to duck down when he threw the egg rolls while he yelled “YOU WANT THE EGG ROLLS BACK HERE" (yelled by **** ******** in a threatening way). **** was mad because he could not get a free order and **** was mad he could not keep a free egg roll. **** was also swearing and harassing us throughout this whole process. *****s wife ****** was sitting in the SUV, watching everything unfold. The couple then left with the windows rolled down, while **** shouted swear words again and again, saying the F word, other swear words and calling us inappropriate names. There were also witnesses sitting in the car watching. These customers' orders were delayed because of **** ******** and ****** ********* There was a customer in his 30s waiting outside for his food and he almost got hit, luckily this customer moved out the way when **** slammed the egg rolls. When he heard the husband shouting and swearing, he was shocked- with his eyes wide open. About 30 minutes later, ****** called and said "Are you gonna make me another order" (shouted by ****** ******** over the phone call). We told her that we gave you the money back and you did not mention you wanted white rice instead. We said you could use that money to go elsewhere. Then ****** ********, herself said we are not coming back here anymore. I consider that they are trespassing and I will call the police if they ever return. 
      Now I am going to talk about the statement that ****** ******** wrote. She said that we made all her food wrong. That is not true. ****** did not even mention their other orders. She just mentioned the shrimp with broccoli combo, saying that she wanted white rice instead of fried rice- which she never even mentioned over the phone until she and her husband picked up the order. Second, she said that we refused to remake or refund her money. We did not refuse to remake the order. They got mad when we said we will remake it when you place the origin order on the table. There were other customers in front of her. **** and ****** wanted the second order for free, so instead we offered to give them a free white rice and to keep that order but they wanted a whole new order so we offered them money back instead. Third she said that wc told her not to order here ever again. We said that she should yo use the money we gave back to them elsewhere. She said that she is not coming back herself first, which is great because we do not want her coming back. They are dangerous and could cause harm to us and to the other customers. ****** and **** were harassing us and throwing hot egg rolls at the window. This is not their first or second time harassing us. ****** ******** and **** ******** have done this multiple times, and we have let it go by giving the ********s free orders. However, this time we are not letting that happen again, because they will do it over and over and over again.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Every time we order there is always a problem with our order they are always nasty to there customers when they want there order made the way they ordered it and I ****** ******** was not driving the suv when food was picked up and they where nasty to my husband and my daughter they where aggressively yelling at them to return the food and they where not remaking it even though they made it wrong and as far as offering a refund they never offered a refund and the man who was supposed to be giving the change to my husband took it back out of my husbands hand and where being extremely nasty to him because he asked them to remake the food because it was wrong and as far as me talking to her mom who spoke no English and I keep telling her I don’t understand what she was trying to tell me with my order and the Maria getting on the phone and telling me my order which was supposed to have white rice in both and chicken lo mein with noodles and no rice she also made it clear they where too busy to remake it and we where told to never come back and as far as people who harass people it’s definitely Them Who harass there customer by treating them awful and I also love how she lies about being allowed in the restaurant because when you pick up your order your supposed to call and let them know your there then they make you put either cash or credit card in a bucket and then tell you to get back in your car before they’ll even unlock there restaurant door to get it and put either your change or credit card back into the bucket and then then put your food outside on a table and run back into there restaurant and lock there doors again I find there respond ridiculous and appalling that they would say we where harassing them when they should be closed down and should not be business owners with how awful they are to there customers and have to go as low as to make up lies about someone who is filing a complaint about them I was hoping for a apology and a refund but I guess I won’t get either from them such a shame there allowed to lie and treat there customers  so awful hopefully this will warn other customers not to order from them as they are awful business owners who lie and make peoples food wrong and then when you ask for food to be remade they are aggressive with you telling you they are too busy to remake it and lie about refunding your money

      The business called and stated that their records indicate that her husband was given a cash refund the day of the incident.
