            Mr. Lawn Care provided a lawn treatment for my lawn for 3 years. Last year on the last treatment the service person could not do my lawn because he showed up without a prior notification from them on the day I was having a tree service take down trees on my property. The service person said he could not come back for the rest of the year, but they would credit my account for the treatment on my bill for this year. In March I received a letter from them saying they would not be treating my area anymore because it was too far to go. I called several times to ask for a refund of the last service. I got nowhere with them, and I feel they owe me a treatment or a refund for the service that they owe me. I was a loyal customer for 3 years and I feel they owe me money for the treatment they decided not to provide. They always got paid, but now they owe me money. I paid roughly $265.00 for the year. I feel that they owe me for 1 treatment which would be $66.25.

            I have a contract for snow plowing services that runs from November 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. The company honored that contract through 12/25/2022. Although we did get additional snow accumulation after that date, specifically on 12/26 and 12/27/2022, they did not show up at our house to plow our driveway. When I called on Tuesday, December 27, I got a recording that stated to leave my name and phone number and they would get back to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, their voice mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. I had an email address for the company and sent an email in December 27, but they have not responded to that either. I have tried calling them daily for the past two weeks, and I continue to get that same recording. I am now anxious when snow is predicted as I cannot clear my driveway and they are unresponsive. I would not recommend contracting with Mr. Lawn Care.
