I don't advise anyone else to take their car in for a diagnostic check. I did on Wednesday7/19/23 of last week $170.00 was the cost fine but I caught **** just getting it back into my possession so that I could have it fixed. I was given the run around when I tried to have it towed off their property. A simple job turned into Hell for me. Paul who was assigned to my car kept brushing me because without my approval they took my car apart and I had to wait until today. And I only got it back today because I had enough lying. Paul was off today according to the staff. I called to have it towed and they canceled it without telling me the whole truth about my car. They didn't give me any kind of respect or courtesy at all. My key was thrown at me with know regards to how I as a person feel in this situation. I've purchased two vehicles from Kellers and I'll never go back and I'm spreading the word of how poorly I was treated. Hopefully Charlie what a guy knows about how or if condone this behavior of his business but Charlie isn't the guy I'm calling ever again. Not a happy customer at all.Review from Jonathan B.

I purchased a ******** from Charlie Keller of Keller Chevrolet. We agreed upon MSRP. Upon delivery of the vehicle marked up the price of the vehicle by $3000.00 after we agreed on a price at MSRP. I waited 14 months for the car. If I did not pay the price he would not give me the car. I already had vehicle set up to be ceramic coated and Wrapped so I was at their mercy. This shows lack of integrity and we agreed to everything with a handshake. I have voiced my concerns about this dealership to ** and hope they can mediate this and I can get my $3000.00 back plus sales tax owed. I was deceived and do not recommend anyone do business with them. It was a horrible feeling and it is theft. I am very upset about this incident and wanted to voice my concerns.

There were no predetermined prices on Corvette. They take from 6 months to a year and a half to get. There is no obligation for anyone to take delivery. No one forced anyone to take the vehicle and we offered Mr. Blake his money back if he wasn't satisfied.
