I ordered an instant translator from Poliglu for a promotional price. Instead, I received and was charged for 4 units, plus 4 extra capacity batteries, plus four warranties. I contacted the company by email to obtain return instructions for 3, and I asked about the extra batteries which were not enclosed, and instructions on how to access the warranty. I received instructions to send the products back to an address in Lithuania! They said I had to cover the shipping costs. UPS gave me a quote of $236.,51. I have note received any responses to my questions about the batteries and warranties. Now I have researched the company and find that they have cheated a number of people and sent others 4 products when they ordered one. There website states in FAQ :Q: "Can I return the order if I don’t like it? A: Yes, we're so sure you will love Poliglu that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. You can easily return the product within 30 days." Sending to Lithuania for $230+ is not an acceptable policy and not normal business practices in the US. I have also found in a number of reviews that the product does not work as promised in their marketing materials. I now do not want any of the products and I want my money back.Business response

I purchased four translators, with insurance. The products app website did not open up to work with the product, it continued to spin and never load.Business response
