      Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although I did receive a refund, it was only after I informed them of my complaint being made.  If not for the pressure of bad reviews, they would have never offered to refund me without paying to ship the product to Germany at my expense.       I purchased 4 power scrubber units with additional brushes on 5/30/24. I paid $160 inclusive of $10 in shipping. The units are underpowered and do not work. I attempted to return them but was informed shipping would be paid by me. Synoshi requires them shipped to Lithuania. The units were shipped to me from TN to NJ for $10. The return shipping charges are over $100 and was told the US postal service will not accept the batteries. I can take the chance, and pay over $100 for return shipping but will not be reimbursed if rejected. Synoshi has offered me some unrelated online books as compensation. I want a full refund.

      I placed an online Order # ******* on 06/22/24 (on or about 10:40 pm) for one (1) Synoshi electric spin brush unit. The website asked me for my credit card information, but it did not give me the option to review my order. The email order confirmation incorrectly stated a quantity of four (4) brush units. I emailed Synoshi at ******************* right away (10:47 pm) letting them know of the discrepancy, and requested them to make the correction before shipping my order. I received an automatic acknowledgement email form Synoshi (10:47 pm) about my email. I also sent a message through Synoshi's website with my request. I received an automatic acknowledgement from Synoshi (11 pm). I have requested the RMA form (required for returns as stated in their website) via email several times (6/23, 6/25, 6/26, 6/28 6/29, 7/01, 7/02, and 7/03), for the return of my order, and have left messages at their Customer Support line at ###-###-####. As of today, I have not received the RMA form and have not heard back from anyone at Synoshi. At this time, I wish to send the order back and receive a full credit on my credit card. These are the charges on my credit card from Synoshi on 6/23: $104.68 & $19.03 ($123.71 total).

      This is a follow-up to my email of July 8. I'm confirming that refunds for $19.03 and $104.68 have been posted to my credit card account.

      ON 5/23/24, I clicked into their ****** ad and my credit card was subsequently charged multiple times, totaling approximately $210.47. They charged so many times that the credit card company called to inquire whether the charges were legitimate. I called Synoshi customer service department to cancel the order. Customer service said they would cancel my order. Then I received an email saying they could not cancel my order until I received the product, which they shipped immediately after I requested the order cancelled. The product shipped from New York, but customer service said I had to return the product to Lithuania and wait for my merchandise to be inspected. Then if the merchandise passed inspection, they would issue the refund. I am still working with the credit card company to resolve the issue. They have refunded two amounts under $20--$9.58 and $10.65.

      I could not return after stating a refund is accepted if within 30 days. This company did not refund. I had to wait until I received the product. Then call again for approval of a return. Now it will cost me to send out of country. $79.00 plus restocking fee. That is more than the what I paid for the product.

      I ordered 1. After I put my credit card number in I was charged for 4. I went from a $34.99 bill to over $215. When I called I said I wanted to cancel the whole order. Customer service promised they fixed it and I wouldn’t be charged if I wanted only 1. Well I was charged and 4 came to the door.

      Good Afternoon, I sent the below email when I first started the return process. I went through the return process and a couple weeks ago, I received my package back (from lithuania) and it had a return label with the box (Unclaimed Neatsieme checked with a black marker. So I have a few concerns: 1. why are they working out of the United States, and have the product here, but have consumers pay an outrageous amount for shipping to a country that doesn't accept packages or the synoshi company doesn't claim because of the high amount of tariff to accept goods from other countries. This practice is predatory and their customer service would not cancel order only several minutes after being placed. Their website is set up to deceive consumers. My wife has several emails and texts with synoshi to try and cancel order. Again my wife called within minutes of placing order. The whole return process is a sham to the consumer, specifically taking advantage of the elderly. At the very lease I want $149 refund for Shipping Costs. ?To: ? Synoshi Power Spin Scrubber Customer Support Team I have attached pictures of the packaging and the cost of shipping back to Lithuania. Again it begs the question your company ships from within the United States, but your RMA return address is overseas creating another burdensome cost to the customer to return your product. Furthermore, filling out a customs form to return outside the United States. After searching for Synoshi reviews I revealed several buyers with similar issues, to ours; specifically trying to cancel immediately after purchasing, and your customer service provides a “pat” answer saying it’s too late to cancel. So the cost of the scrubbers for us is $401.76 plus the $149.25for shipping. I’m following your process until the end. I’m anticipating another barrier or some other nefarious reason for your company to not provide me a proper refund . I’ve taken pictures of packaging and shipping documents.

      There was a charge on my card that occurred 2/5/23. I did not make this pur***** for $106. I disputed it with my bank to which they dismissed as the card, my name and the address all matched mine. I tried resolving it with synoshi via product return. They entertained mr via email for 10 days. After so much time passed they are now saying I'm outside of the window for return. I can't control the dispute time ***** bank used. I DID NOT place this order. I have a credit score of 823. I'm not a thief. Synoshi says now that I can't return the priduct since I'm out of the window for return. It's a lose lose situation that there's no grace for the time that the bank takes and synoshi takes for wasting time emailing back and forth only to ensure the return window is closed!
