      I purchased a dog bed that cost $450 and it was falling apart within the first 5 weeks. My last bed from a more reputable company lasted us 5 years. My elderly (10 years old) dog doesn’t chew or dig but this bed has holes in the thin material. I had reached out to the company for a replacement being the bed is new and they claim on their website the beds last for 15 years and they will only help repair it if I mail it back and pay the postage both ways. This is only 6 weeks old and I feel a replacement would be the only fair way to rectify this poor product. They are not willing to help at all. Heck mailing the bed back would cost me $50 and then my poor old dog would have nothing to lay on while they “repair” the cheaply made product

      As per our warranty, the customer was given repair instructions with a return label which the customer refused. The customer used social media as an avenue to further her discontent. A replacement cover was issued to the customer on Jan 26 via UPS with tracking # ****************** free of charge.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They told me I could ship it back at my expense. Yes they are sending me a new cover however the cushion is no longer useable so the cover does me no good. I did not use social media to slander their business, I simply stated to other that they do not stand behind their product and I posted their response to my request for a replacement.  It was their own words.  Funny how they offered a replacement cover when that happened but would not help me prior to the postings.  It is great that they agreed to send me a cover but if the cushion is not useable any longer because it was not protected with a proper cover then what do I put the new cover on, I need a full new set like I purchased, not simply just a cover.  Regards,  **** ************

      The item was sent to the customer in tact free from rips of tears. Our warranty specifies manufacturers defects only and does not cover negligence or abuse of the product. The picture sent in by the customer was an image of a torn bolster cover exposing the tube filling, there was no indication in the picture showing the mattress was ripped. In any event, to satisfy the customer a free bolster cover was issued as a courtesy. We have been more then accommodating in providing the customer with satisfactory service. The bolster cover issued was in response to the customer refusing our repair under warranty policy and her constant threats of harassment via social media.
