Signed a contract for $450 for Wright’s Handyman services to plow driveway in the winter. Showed up only twice during season and not at all during historic blizzard. Came up with numerous excuses from multiple equipment failures to Covid. Advertised on ** that he was taking on jobs while not fulfilling his contracted ones. I would like a refund.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have still not been paid. I have been in contact with the business owner, and while he told me he would pay me by April 1, he has not. Yesterday (April 1) when I did not hear from him, I reached out and he told me he would pay at noon today (April 2). When noon passed and I had not heard from him, I asked if he was coming by, I did not hear from him until hours later. He then said he would pay via ***** but I have not received any payment. I asked again and he said I would get paid tonight, but I still have not. Screen shots of correspondence are attached. I understand he is working to resolve things, but as a matter of updating the status of this complaint, it still has not been resolved.Initial Complaint

I hired Zach Wright to plow my driveway season 2022-2023 season. He charged me $345. He showed up in November 3 times. One of which he did a great job, the other two he did not fulfill the contract of shoveling; not to mention he created damages in my flower bed. When we had the December storm he said his truck was broke and he was buying a new one, never saw him. I requested his help on February 28th he ignored me the complete day; then at night said I would be getting a refund. Nothing to this day. I understand he has done this with several individuals in the North Buffalo area.Business response
