I purchased a probe for a research project which broke and was returned to be repaired under warranty. It has been two months and they have made no attempt to replace the probe, and can give no information as to when the probe can be repaired. Multiple people at the company have known about this issue for at least two weeks and still have made no attempt to rectify the situation. I have been told multiple times that someone will reach out to me to solve the problem, but no one ever does. My colleagues and I have now lost two months of time on this project.Business response

I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you have had with your probe and our shortcomings in resolving this situation in a satisfactory timeframe. On July 1st we received a shipment of new probes and after contacting you, we shipped a replacement to you via overnight shipping the same day. You should have received your replacement probe by now. Please contact me and if you wish to instead get a refund. Again, I am sorry we fell short of our customer service commitment and sincerely apologize in letting you down.
