My Sesame prescription refill appt.went very well.It took place at the appt.time.The Dr.was very helpful and effeciant.This service is way more convenient than a visit to a clinic.And much cheaper.I am very satisfied. Thanks!Sesame, Inc. Response

I have been using Sesame Care for about two years and can't thank them enough for all the time and money I have saved. The doctors are always caring, on time and attentive to my concerns. It was my first time using the platform. I didn't understand why the microphone didn't work. I thought the provider would suggest another way to communicate with me but he didn't. He went ahead diagnosed and prescribed me the medication based on the pictures and short description I sent before the call started. I never had a provider didn't ask questions to have a better understanding. I felt he rushed because the call ended in 1 min. I contacted an agent and see where I could contact the provider as I wanted to express more of my concerns and ask questions. He didn't respond me until the next day I contacted another agent to have him reply to my message. I was very unsatisfied with the service so I went to a clinic where I could have a provider who would listen to me and understand my concerns. She told me I was having skin allergic reaction which was what I thought too and the provider from sesame told me something else and prescribed me different kind of medication. I understand video call can be difficult to see the skin condition but he should have asked more questions and found a way to communicate with the patient if there is some technical issues. I no longer trust this platform. And I am not able to get my refund back. I am not sure I even want to give this another try given there is such provider on the platform.Sesame, Inc. Response

All their customer service is just just chatbot and they have no one available to call on their phone. Their providers are unprofessional and do not show up. This business should close since they charge you and don't have a way to issue refunds easily. Never go here for care.Sesame, Inc. Response

I went in for my daughter with pink eye. The drops didnt work and they refuse to let me talk to the doctor for free. That is ridiculous. She just saw him five days agoSesame, Inc. Response

Service is fraudulentpaid 2 visits (~100usd) and they did not send in any prescription. Paid second visit to correct phone number provided in first visit and still did not get prescription link. I paid the 2 visits JUST for high pressure medication refill and am left with nothing and 100 dollars less Please be careful with this.Sesame, Inc. Response

The car is good, but the model forces you to call over and over again and page time to get anything done. I told my doctor I was uploading the request form for a headache kept sticker in two days. I did it the same day so I want anything back, and I wont hear anything back until I book another appointment and pay for it! I feel like this is a big problem. I let her know the document would be there in two days so I wouldnt have to recontact her. There should be some sort of communication dialogue for issues that are from that initial call and follow up down our line.Sesame, Inc. Response
