      Order was placed online. Yesterday, I received notification the order had shipped which in reality was only that a shipping label was being created. Today I received an email stating that my order was being cancelled because there was an issue with the shipping address and they didn't feel comfortable with the amount of the watch being placed on the shipping label (customs form). At no point did anyone from ******* reach out to me by email first to inquire on the shipping address. Had they looked at the shipping address, they would have seen it was going overseas to a military address (APO). Given their website lists shipping is available to APO addresses, one would assume that they know that's overseas and military and the shipping label is also part customs form. Customs forms require the dollar value of the items inside. For a company that has been around since 2008, you would think that would be knowledge of the employees. I would have confirmed the address and the information they were so concerned about prior to outright cancelling my order.
