          • Notifying us more than 48 hours from your class date and time allows a full refund will be issued.
            Notify us less than 48 hours from your class date and time and a studio credit will be issued for you to use on any future class.
            If you notify us less than 8 hours from the class start time, no refund or credit will be issued.
            Private party hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Party Contact signed by host.


            Bad Weather: We know want it means to live in Central New York! Crazy, unpredictable weather! If a weather emergency is issued or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, class will be canceled and you will be notified via email or text. Otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. If a class is cancelled due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please check our website and/or social media accounts for updates in a case of questionable weather.


            Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be able to paint and could lose your registration fee. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to ensure everyone can start on time and have a great time!
