I purchased tires from *** for my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle from the collision center, I had a message in my vehicle telling me to inflate my tires. I put air in my tires. 2 weeks after picking up my vehicle I got the same message telling me to inflate my tires. I contacted *** and told them about the problem they told me to bring my vehicle in and they would check it. When I brought my vehicle in I explained to the guy who was going to be looking at my car that I thought it was a slow leak. He inflated my tires and told me the tire pressure was set incorrectly and I wouldn’t see the message in my vehicle again. It’s been 2 weeks since I brought my vehicle to *** and I have the same message telling me to inflate my tires with air. I paid $956 for these tires which is very expensive. If these tires are brand new there’s no way I should be getting a message to inflate my tires. I would like for *** to do there job and stop trying to get over on me. I have to keep driving back and forth to *** which is a big inconvenience. *** is an hour away from me, I’m putting extra miles on my vehicle and wasting my gas which gas is really expensive for my vehicle, for *** to keep telling me they took care of the problem when they didn’t.Business response

After receiving the complaint we went and retrieved the customers vehicle on 9/28/2022 to address the TPM system error that kept returning on the vehicles dash. Upon inspection we found a slow leak from a valve stem on one of the tires. We replaced the valve stem at no charge to the customer and reset the TPM system. The vehicle stayed here several days due to customer’s schedule and on 10/3/2022 the vehicle was picked up by the customer. This was a Monday morning and the vehicle sat outside all weekend, the pressures were checked again to ensure the pressures had not dropped. Her fuel tank was filled as a courtesy due to having to make additional trips to our dealer. The customer was happy with the resolution to the TPM issue.
