            Verbally agreed to have Justin trim trees back from our house and powerwash/scrub our roof for $3,000. Confirmed the night before via text that the roof was still getting done and Justin said yes. The day of the job he trimmed the trees back and when reminded of the agreement to do the roof he only did the part of the roof beneath the trees and claimed he had not agreed to do the rest. Justin initially refused to finish the job and ignored several attempts to reach him phone. A few days later he responded via text saying he was going to finish the roof but upon seeing the review we left him on **** ******* and ******** he is now refusing to complete the work. He and my husband had a heated phone call and Justin hung up the phone. Overall extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest.

            Just moved here a month ago and needed urgent tree service. Other companies quoted months before work could even begin for crazy prices. HIGHLAND started 2days after the free consultation. So satisfied with the work ethics, work performance and overall attitude of this company. Fair, courteous, timely and safe are qualities as important to me as good work and cost. Justin and Dan, the dynamic duo, were all of those things. 2 trees taken down, along with 3 needing trimming and one badly needing treatment. These two men went above and beyond not only what was expected, but what was even paid for. They want the job done right, and care about the trees, environment and your pocket. Their prices were more fair than competitors and so we're their attitudes. I'd pay more for better service, and didn't even have to. They worked quickly and carefully, even drawing attention of neighbors who mentioned noticing their attention to safety and detail. We plan to use HIGHLAND for all our tree care needs as well as the other services they offer year round
