April 12, 2022 I contacted Jenna to remove a stain on one leather cushion, repair one white chair cushion and three smaller round cushions. Jenna offered to come out and do what she could at my house. After removing one stain, she said she needed to take the other white leather sushi to match fabric/color and she took the three small round ones to cover at her business/home. I paid her in cash for the work done here and to purchase fabric and repair the others. (I have 2 witnesses who were at my home when Jenna came and they are aware that I had paid her in cash.) MIND YOU- I had worked with Jenna before and she WAS FABULOUS AND Responsible.) Jenna left with my items. I contacted her on April 23, 2022 to ask when cushions would be ready. I got a response that she was now "stuck in the witness protection program". She also responded that someone in Syracuse was handling her business. She also said now that "the DA is handling everything" April 25, I asked where I could pick them up. I have numerous text messages to her since May 5th, 2022 with no response. I am wary of driving over to try to get my cushions because another customer posted on ******** that the husband/partner came out and threatened him. I would simply like my cushions back.
