            Business was contracted to provide property deed services through another company ********* as part of a package. Deed should have been prepared within days, and has taken over 6 months with no services delivered. They repeated send the same emails requesting more information, and when this same information is sent to them over and over they still ignore the emails and continue requesting the same information. To date they have all information needed to complete job and have not done so and do not answer phone calls.

            I am very impressed with GoDeeds service. I used this service to transfer my property into my Trust through Legal Zoom and they were professional, timely and provided excellent customer service until my deed was processed and completed. I spoke with them about questions I had and I received quick responses and detailed follow through to resolve my concerns. I received my deed days after I mailed it to them and their professional support and follow through made my application process easy to complete. I will definitely use their services for any future needs.
