I hired ***** **** to complete a Deed transfer for me. They used a company GoDeeds to complete this . I received paperwork that needed to be signed and notarized. The paperwork was signed notarized and sent back to GoDeeds. I received an email from Go Deeds about a fee that the county charges to transfer a deed. I called to discuss this and left a voicemail. I had a family medical emergency out of state over the summer but when I returned home realized that there was no resolution to this. I called and left voice messages for a month and still have not had anyone return my call. I called the county office where the deed was to be recorded and the deed clerk informed me that the deed had not been recorded and the copy that I have is missing a page. She also told me that all I needed was the original deed and I could do it myself. I called back to request that I get the original paperwork and still have not received a return phone call.Business response

On 03/06/2023, I paid $294.10, via credit card, to ********* who had set up an Estate Plan Bundle and Living Trust. To complete this sale, they had to also transfer my home title into this Trust. After not hearing any update on this transaction, I contacted ********* who informed me that they subcontract with GoDeeds, to actually do the transfer. ********* advised me to contact GoDeeds. I have left messages and emailed GoDeeds NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY REQUESTS. My order No. is ******** dated 03/06/2023. This work has not been completed and I have not even had the courtesy of a reply.Business response

Our office was waiting for clarification from Mr. ****** that was needed in order to complete his transfer documents. We were able to get in touch and have our questions answered. The Deed package was finalized and sent back to ********* to be included with Mr. ******** Trust package on August 23rd.Initial Complaint

Business was contracted to provide property deed services through another company ********* as part of a package. Deed should have been prepared within days, and has taken over 6 months with no services delivered. They repeated send the same emails requesting more information, and when this same information is sent to them over and over they still ignore the emails and continue requesting the same information. To date they have all information needed to complete job and have not done so and do not answer phone calls.Initial Complaint

We have left messages on GoDeeds phone number numerous times. NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK. Our order No. is ******** dated 09/09/22.
