Jeffery has refused to comply with original argreement of service . He did not complete the work that he was contracted and paid in full for, and has not responded to attempts to get the work completed. As much as we would love for the work to be completed as the original agreement stated, he has made this seem as if it is not possible because of his failure to respond or update on the status of the project.Business response

august 19,2019 a contract written agreement between Jeff Johnson-Jmj7&Son and I Dawn H******.On 8/21/2019 a cashier's check payable to Jmj7&Son in the amount of $19,250.00 -08/30 $2,500.00-september $11,000.00 and $3,700.00 total $36,450.00 all in cashier's check. Numerous phone calls to Jeff Johnson repeated assurances from him that work would be completed. Discontinued phone calls or any communication and no response with legal letter confronting the issues. Refusal to complete incomplete work for contractual agreement, a refund would be satisfied for $15,000.00 for not installing fence and $3,000.00 for incomplete inside/outside of house. On 10/20/2021, a contract was signed between Jmj7 & Son representative and myself for the removal and installation of 4 windows at the ****** address. The total fee charged for this was $2000.00. A check in the amount of $1200.00 was given to the representative. That check was cashed the next day. After numerous phone calls to the representative over the past months with him giving one promise and/or excuse after another; to date there has been no positive response or indication that the windows would be delivered/installed. Even the eventual promise to refund the $1200.00 has gone unheeded. Recent calls to him have been unanswered. I seek your assistance in a timely resolution of this issue. Thank you.Business response

BBB spoke to Jeffrey at business and the following was relayed: The windows have been received and were unable to find an agreeable time to install the windows. I will refund the customer next week to resolve the complaint.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Regards, ********* ***** PS: Please note and forward to Mr. J****** that I would like my refunded money to be done via a postal money order. This is due to past experience with him where numerous calls went unanswered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
