We had a service call to diagnose our refrigerator which stopped working, they quoted us 85.00 trip charge to come out and diagnose, our daughter was there as we were out of town and they quoted an outreagous price of 575.00 to fix it, she could not get in touch with us so she had them fix it, they charged us 130.00 for a 10.00 part and 300.00 labor for a 10 minute job to install a 3 in 1 start, they also charged the 85.00 trip charge, We have since contacted another appliance repair technician and was told around 200.00 including the trip charge, iIcannot believe someone would do this, they took advantage of my daughter when she could not contact anyone, i would not reccomend this company to anyone. They advertise there address to the post office, instead of po box xxx, they advertise the physical address of the post offie with a ste #, horrible.Business response

In regards to our conversation, here is our response to this complaint. The issue with the customer/consumer has been resolved. There was a misunderstanding with regards to the repairs and services that were performed. Everything has been resolved and rectified to the customers satisfaction. This whole issue stemmed from a complete misunderstanding from beginning to end and has been taken care of since the initial compliant. Thank you for your time, attention and patience with the back and forth regarding resolution. Definitely a respectable receptacle for the consumer.
