I’ve been a customer for a little over a year and I have to call at least once a month for missed pickup. Worst service! When you call they say the route wasn’t finished and they will pick up tomorrow. Regular pick up date is Wednesday, it’s Friday and they still haven’t picked up. Now they are saying they will be here tomorrow and if not to call back on Monday. It’s the middle of summer 90 degree temps and nowhere to put garbage….totally unacceptable.Review from VICTORIA T

I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND AM PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED TO US. I GET PICKED UP FOR MY GARBAGE AND RECYCLES ON A WEEKLY BASIS. THE DRIVERS ARE NICE AND RESPECTFUL. WHEN I NEED EXTRA PICKUP FOR RANDOM MISC THINGS ALL I HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A CALL AND THEY SERVICE US WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.Review from Clyde L

It's been over three weeks since my garbage has been picked up. I reached out to them to advise them that I am going to cancel their services, they played nice, told they will pick up next week on garbage day. No they are telling me that our road is too icy, mind you it's 40 degrees out, no sign of ice and all is good on the road. no, they say I have to bring the garbage to another road about 1/2 a mile away from house, told them nope, i pay them to pick up garbage not for me to deliver to them. they want me to bring 2 bins, garbage and recycle bin and throw all the excess garbage in my car. sorry but nope! avoid like the plague. this is a bad bad bad company! Just got off phone again to cancel and was told they will not pick up garbage unless I drag both bins 1/2 mile away from my home. They refuse to pick up because of imaginary ice.Review from Michael I

They missed 2 pickups in 6 weeks, and all they could say is "just leave extra bags outside and we will pick em up", they do not mind, in other words, to charge for weekly pickups even when they do not pick up weekly. From time to time they are late but do not bother to inform their customers about it, so you are left guessing whether they are going to pick up next day or not pick up this week at all. One time they jacked up the prices by 50%, and if you don't complaint the rate stays increased. My impression is that it is a shoddy business that is able to exist only due to lack to competition. It is time for regulators to take a close look at these possibly fraudulent practices where charges are made for services they do not provide.Review from VALERIE I

This company consistently misses my pick up and sadly my town has required that I use them so I have no choice and no recourse. You call or write and they either tell you they'll come back but don't, or you get no reply at all, or today they simply told me they don't come back and I have to wait. They refuse to let me hold to speak to someone else higher up and have yet to call me back. Stay away from this company. They are beyond awful. They are blatant and have no regard for customer service.Review from R... C

Horrible customer service! You can not cancel service on web site, so you have to call, after being on hold for 20 minutes, the rep Lisa said I couldn't cancel for my step mother who passed away. She was insisting on they needed paper showing someone in charge of her estate, there is no such paperwork. I finally had to hang up and call back later and that rep canceled it within 5 minutes. Should not be that hard to cancel a service after someone has passed away. Very sad and that is why I would never go through County Waste.Review from Susan K

This is got to be the worst waste company ever, I don’t know what goes on with this company, but it is not fair to the customers that half the time don’t get their garbage picked up, or they don’t pick up all of it, or they don’t show up at all, I would not recommend these people at all. They are very unreliable. They have proven it over and over again.Review from Salvy R

For 3 months I paid for garbage collection March was the last month they picked up garbage April/May no collection,& still charged me for service while no garbage was collected, over priced, unreliable,& totally unprofessional, NEVER again worse garbage collection company yet
