Shocked and Appalled by this company. I went for a free consultation and loved it. Michael was inspiring and I signed up for the 3 times a week package and paid in full $420. I scheduled my appointments for the next 3 weeks. 3 days later I reviewed my banking account and was charged $1200 instead. I called and they adjusted my payment. All was well. I went for my first schedule appointment and somehow it was not on the books. They fit me in with a worker that lacked the ability to stretch at all. It was a wasted appointment. Left there asking Michael if I was actually scheduled the next appointment. He said yes. Great, I left there, and all was well. I came back on Wednesday and yet again my appointment was not on the books!!!!!! Now I am really getting aggravated. They fit me in again with a woman well skilled, but I went home thinking this was strike 3 and I felt uncomfortable with the issue. I had been over charged, cancelled and sent to someone unskilled. I called to cancel services and corporate called to tell me they do not refund money and due to me using 2 appointments I was only able to get half of my money back. They made all the mistakes and it cost me $200. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and I suggest no one else does either.
