I used this company as a friend of mine referred me when I was looking for a new car lease. Everything was done over the phone and the day the car was delivered it was late at night and all we did was sign the paperwork. Easy and smooth. However, fast forward as my lease is about to end I called with some questions about my contract as the numbers related to the residual value, the amount I am leasing, the actual lease total plus my down payment don't match up at all. I called the company SEVERAL times, left messages with the front desk and now here I am because I was left with no choice. My actual lease amount is actually WAY higher than what was on the contract. Over $5000 more. Interest over the 33 months at my percentage wouldn't add up to that and again the number wasn't even close to what was on my contract. In addition my down payment is not clearly indicated in the numbers either. All the numbers are way off. After my down payment, my lease was supposed to be $22k. On the financial portal where I make payments, its says $29,000. Even with high interest the money makes no sense. These people REFUSE to all me back and I now know they scammed me out of thousands of dollars. I want the money they took for the down payment plus the amount I OVERPAID. My contract says 22k I paid 29k. FOR A LEASE. Ridiculous. Not even the courtesy of a call back. They know they scammed me.Initial Complaint

Incomplete car lease transaction.Date of car lease June 29 2022, received car (engraved VIN Number *****************) on June 30 and signed paperwork. On my insurance policy , a different VIN ***************** was used. Since the purchase, the car has needed repair twice-in July (only two weeks after the delivery) and again in August. The repairs left me without a car a combined month and a half ) I am yet to receive the physical signed paper work. luckily, I took a screen shot of the same upon signing.On same day I sent the balance of $3112.50 in addition to the $400 paid at the beginning of the car lease consultation. Familia Motor group committed to delivering a new Blue Hyaundai Kona NLine series with complete registration.The car registration, number plates are still pending. I was advised by Familia group on several occasions via SMS and telephone (with the car sales representative **** on Jun 30, Jul 8, 11, 13, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 29, Sept 2, 12, 26 Nov 15) that the registration had been completed and plates sent out on 9/22. When I spoke to the *** on 11/15, I was told that Familia Motor group only provided in transit plates and registration was still pending.Its been 5 months and the car is yet to be registered. Several efforts to reach Familia Group has been futile.I would like to have the signed car papers and registration completed since the transit number has expired- I am at risk of being stopped by the police.my experience has been a far cry from what they advertised and claimed to provide. I want the car registration completed and or a refund so i can complete the registration of the rightful car myself.Business response

Confirmed that the vehicle was registered with NJ DMV. Plates were mailed out 9/2/2022 & delivered on 9/8/2022. Fed EX tracking #************. The ***** package was also signed by ****** (the clients name) We have contacted the client & are working on reporting those plates lost & replacing with new ones. We werent aware the client has yet to receive his plates since last time he asked about the plates was in September.
