      If I could give zero stars I would We were in need of of boiler due to ours breaking down Well we got this company through ********** and we very disappointed and disgusted l signed for a boiler with ****** Btu OSB7 boiler and thats not what we got we got we received an OSB5 the response from the owners are not helpful at all I would never recommend there services to anyone and **********

      This company is exploiting customers They two deliveries of over 500 dollars in May of this year when the temperature was over 70 degrees claiming that they needed to fill the tank to prevent condensation. I was on automatic deliveries based on the temperature how can they justify an oil delivery

      the disrespect that has been shown to us as customers is absolutely unacceptable. How dare anyone speak to me or my mother in such ways Bills are paid sometimes not on time but they are. there is NO need to speak to anyone in such manners. WHAT company tells someone to pay your bills not my problem. The rudeness the insensitivity is unacceptable. People do there best to pay expenses now a days especially the elderly. HOW dare you. what happens if someone treats your family members in the same manner you wouldn't be pleased!My mother is elderly and doing her best and i help a single mom of 2 pay for it leaving at times myself and kids with no money just so the harassing's calls and rudeness goes way.I demand an apology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or I will get tv news stations to show the world how rude your company is!

      Dear *********************,I apologize that you had a difficult conversation with ****. I am out of the office but will absolutely listen to our recording of the phone call upon my return to the office at the end of next week. I know that it has been very difficult this season for customers to cope with the high oil prices. It has been difficult for me as well. The high price has put a terrible strain on everyones finances. I am very sorry to hear that you felt **** was disrespectful. I dont know exactly what happened, but usually **** is understanding as she has been in your moms shoes. She came to work with us at Slaggs because she was having such a tough time paying her oil bill. I think that sometimes we can all end up having a more confrontational conversation than we intended. However, I absolutely apologize if you feel that anyone at *********************** put you or your mom down. I can assure you that is not who we are. I would like very much to speak to you personally when I return from my trip. I will be in the office Sunday 3/26. Would you have any time that day to speak with me?       The owner of this company is rude, accusatory and has deplorable customer service. She called to inquire why I refused a delivery and accused me of having another oil company. I told her I did not; I actually called for service the week prior. I tried to explain that I recently had a house flood and was not ready to pay the $900+ cost of an oil bill at the moment. The explanation fell on deaf ears; she again made the accusation of using another oil company and closed my account. I told her I did not like her tone, she in turn debased the conversation into an argument. I was with *********************** ( now ********** for nearly 15 years and never had an issue with postponing a delivery. The owner was rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. She's in dire need of sensitivity training.

      Dear ****************, We strive to satisfy all of our customers and keep their homes safe and warm. I am so sorry that you were offended by my question about the use of another oil company. *********************** contract requires customers to purchase all of their fuel from us on automatic delivery in order to be able to properly serve them. When a customer refuses a delivery that we know is necessary to maintain heat and comfort, we can no longer be responsible for that home. Your home's oil usage has dropped precipitously in the last three years. I asked if anything had changed in the home, and you replied there had been a flood. You called us for service on 11/17/22 and we had to prime the unit. Normally, a unit only needs to be primed when it has run empty. We did not charge you for this call. Then you called again on 12/29/22 and this time you said the boiler had stopped because you had a flood in your basement. We again repaired your system at no charge. However, when you refused your oil delivery on 1/9/23 and said you did not need oil, I realized that you were not living up to your end of the contract to purchase all of your fuel from ***********************. You went from burning over **** gallons 3 years ago, to 800 gallons two years ago, to 500 gallons last year and now 188 gallons this year. Clearly there is a pattern here and you no longer qualify for a service contract at all. I am sorry that we will not be able to serve you, but we appreciate your past patronage. I absolutely meant no disrepect while speaking with you and apologize for any misunderstanding. I appreciate your recommendations and will take them into consideration.

      I asked for a plumber for just a diagnosis and they said they could have someone in from 10am-1pm. I called them 4 times after that. They never came but claimed that one came at 6:30pm and they tried to call me. I emailed records that I didn’t get a phone call to prove this. When I tried to confront them about this, they lied to me multiple times and said they would show me phone records. They did not. I called ***** the next morning to reschedule and wanted someone to visit me after their appointments with people who don’t have heating. I then asked if I could get a discount because they wasted an entire day. They promptly said they would no longer do business with me. What a joke.

      Dear Mr. **** I am sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. I know that waiting for a plumber can be frustrating. Unfortunately, as hard as we try to accomodate customer schedules, we sometimes disappoint customers who are waiting for non-emergency services. As you know, the temperature was extremely cold that day and we did need to prioritize customers with no heat. I remember speaking to you and explaining that we would not be able to discount your service as a result of your wait time the prior day. In fact, I explained that I had not charged you for the prior day when we did arrive at 6:30pm to do the service you had requested. I am sorry that you are so unhappy with our company. Thank you for taking the time to review us.

      Unfortunately, I know that no one called me because I have records on my phone that I posted on ****** reviews to show the ***** and LIES. If you disagree, provide proof that you actually called me. On top of that, I said I would be fine without a discount and would be fine waiting because I understood that you needed to provide service to those more in need, but you decided that you did not want to proceed, so this is actually the result of your UNPROFESSIONALISM and INCOMPETENCE.
