I ordered a hat from City jeans they never gave me my order number, but took money out of my account. I just either want my money or my order number. I have read reviews and I havent read a single good review about them yet if I had known that I would have never ordered. I was just following because, it had BBB so I felt it was legit. I am feeling otherwise now I have left a complaint on their website as well.Business response

terrible customer service. awful policies. spent over 100 for birthday gift for my daughter. it never showed up. called and emailed city jeans and was told that they would have to open an investigation with **** said that would take up to 8 days, then they said if *** can't find the package they would mail city jeans a check for lost shipping. I was told that only after the investigation and mailing of check by *** would I then be able to get a refund or replacement!! so my daughters birthday has come and gone. I was not able to give her a gift because city jeans won't refund my money and won't return my emails. do not give this business your money! very shady. I'm on a fixed income and this was a lot of money for me. I'm filling better business bureau complaint as well. do not trust this company!Business response

I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Sometimes packages get lost and that is why we offer shipping insurance through Route. I hope the issue was resolved. Please during the holiday season we URGE you to purchase shipping insurance as it makes the refund process go much MUCH smoother.

I purchased a pair of Tasman Ugg Slippers online 12/3/2021 from City Jeans as a Christmas gift. I was told the shoes was to big and went online to request a refund 12/26/2021, however when I try to print the label it says there was a problem getting your pdf. I have tried calling several times and no one answers. I have also sent emails with no response. All I want is was my refund because the shoes are now sold out everywhere, but was available when I first reached out to the company.City jeans only has a 60 day return policy and I'm afraid they are not going to respond before that so they can force me to keep the purchaseBusiness response

We contacted ******* about her experience once we were made aware of the review. We asked her about pain points in the customer service process and how we can improve on it in the future. We ended up crediting ******* for her order because it was the right thing to do. We also learned from this experience how to make sure nothing falls in between the cracks and our customers get the service they deserve.
