PSA: Do NOT do business with Cocca's Appliances! My family has a oven that is less than a year old with known defects (6mo ago) and we are just dealing with it today. Today they came to replace the oven only to realize the old cord came from the bottom and the new model came from the top. The cord could not reach so could not be hooked up. Only thing my family was told was to call an Electrician. They TOOK the old oven and left the new one in the garage. To be left with no working oven at all. When I questioned about this during my call with Frank, why can’t you just bring the old one back he said it probably at the scrap yard by now. I was given Franks (owner) number from the beginning from sales for any issues. To talk to him tonight while he was out to dinner. During our discussion he tried telling me ALL conductors could not be used and is a fire hazard which is a lie. Yes I called him out on that. Next I asked how his team could remove an oven which my family needs to cook without replacing it with one that works? He could not provide an answer, then when questioned his business ethics he proceeded to tell me how he was a valued owner taking care of his customers because he was calling me while he’s out to eat. I respectfully interrupted and ask how should we eat tonight, with the response of I’m not sure sir. Then states how he will get back to me with a resolution on Monday. How is my family supposed to eat Frank the food pantry? His response I don’t have an answer for that. So how can you take my working oven and leave my with nothing, crickets. Thank you Frank when we resolve this issue you won’t have to worry about me anymore, his response well thank you for making it clear how much time I need to spend on this.

Salesman was smooth, after sale, he wouldn't answer our calls. The 3 year contract is a hoax. Poor repair people . The do now support their products and don't know how to fix them. Stay away from the store.

Go any place but here! Went there 2018 to support family run business. Bought full size ****** front-loading Washer/Dryer Stack, $1600. Salesperson makes a big deal yelling over asking the owner about offering me the 10 year extended warranty for free because I was a public servant. Owners says ABSOLUTLY! I go over extend my hand to shake his hand and genuinely thank him. Delivery made and units stacked together and Washer door won't close right. Make an appt for repair. Transferred to The Appliance Man, owner by Cocca's. Going to charge me $69. service call, back and forth, I just bought them! They came took door off, fix the door, no charge. Some time goes by, few months, same happens, back and forth, $69. they come, have to come back after ordering parts, and then replace most of the door, put back on, adjust, we go back and forth I told them 3 yr warranty plus 10 year warranty. The guy told me that was a joke, they gave me nothing, it comes with a limited 10 warranty. So they enjoy making a fool of the customer in front of others. Three years and three months from purchase, Door still crooked I decided to live with it but now it leaks. Now the 3 yr warranty is up, I was told today it will now be 2 ppl who need to come out at $199.99 because its stacked, In case something happens, in case they need to take a panel off.. ITS A FRONT LOADING WASHER! The previous 3 times one person took the door off the hinge and adjusted it and put it back on! There are no panels with the door. It is on a hinge that screws off! Well they need a second person to watch in case something happens...Didn't before the 3 yr warranty expired! As for my experience, I was lied to, the brunt of office humor, mislead, and they did not stand behind the product with the defective door. They try every way they can to charge a service call for work under warranty. Steer clear of this place. It has been a verbal battle since they got my money. I would give them zero stars but you have to give at least one.
