      I made an order on 11/3/23 and have received a tracking number, but the tracking number info has not updated in almost two weeks. The **** is still awaiting the package and the item is still in Jamaica **. Which is also where it was shipped from, it has not moved at all.

      That tracking is wrong. Its been saying its in ** since October 31st. I tried calling the yellowmarket business and both of their phones are not real phone numbers. I tried emailing them with no responses. I would like a full refund.

The tracking number shows it sitting at the same facility in ** for almost 2 weeks. They WILL NOT answer the phone or reply to emails. They do not need to be in business after reading other complaints that are identical to mine.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      while I finally received a response from Yellowmart after contacting the BBB, there has been no change  my item is still at a shipping partner facility and has not yet to be entered into any deliverable status.  I still have no idea when this will ever be delivered.  The birthday party that this was ordered for is over with.

      The response I received from the business sounds identical to other complainants responses that they received. 

      No package, yet my funds were removed from my account when I ordered.

      I ordered a jersey on Aug 3, 2023 from Yellowmarts. I received an order confirmation email but nothing else. I reached out to them on August 11, 2023 and they apologized and said they were overwhelmed with orders. They promised to send me a tracking number in the next couple days. August 17, 2023, I still hadnt heard anything so I emailed them again. At that time they sent me a tracking number showing my item departed ** on the 16th. Its been in the same in transit status ever since. Today, its still the same. The jersey is only going to TN and shouldnt be in transit from one facility to another for 9 days already with no update. I asked to cancel and refund my order and Yellowmarts refused, stating they couldnt because **************. They asked me to be sympathetic but none of this makes sense and I dont even believe the item has been shipped. It seems like they gave me the tracking number with an in transit status to buy more time. This company is scamming people and I want my money back. you

      I ordered a ** yankeees jersey on August 1, 2023 for $74.00 with tax. It has been 2 weeks & the tracking number keeps showing its at the same place for the whole time. Order # ******. It says the item departed a shipping partner in ******************* is awaiting the item. I tried to email them & called the two phone numbers on the *********** dont' work or answer them. the tracking # is supposedly **************************. I am very upset because I am diabled & on a fixed income & this is unreal. I realy need help please.
