They advertised misleading products. They advertised 5 cobalt gum and show a picture of a case of gum with 6 packs to a cube, 35 sticks in each pack. I ordered 48 cubes which would give me 288 individual packs of gum. Instead they sent me only 6 cubes which only gives me 36 packs of gum for a total of ****** plus ***** for shipping. That is $10.58 per pack of gum wholesale. Who the heck pays that amount of money for one pack of gum for 35 sticks. I sent them an email asking to send the entire order back and refund my money. Nothing was opened other than box it was packaged in. No answer.Customer response

May 1: ordered from website, and triple-checked the quantity, ************* of the item & ensured it was also in stock. I also was required to pay $23 for shipping. (This wasnt expedited shipping. Just their standard price.)May 7: Received the shipment. The box had 9 packages of the product instead of 108 as I purchased. The weight was obviously far less than 108 packages.May 8: Sent email & explained the issue. The last sentence of that email was this: "Will you please let me know the issue and how quickly you can remedy it?"May 12: I sent another email: I did not receive what I ordered. I originally sent you an email the night I recd the package but you have not responded. Please contact me to let me know that youre sending my order on Monday. Thanks.May 13: *** sent a one-sentence response at 11:11 AM, which was to please send a photo. At 12:26 PM, I sent the photo saying Here you go!May 14: Sent email: Hi, I sent the photo yesterday. Please let me know when you will send my order.May 15: Sent email: Hi Im looking for a response please because its been over a week now, and longer since I ordered. Thanks.May 22: Sent email: Hi Its now been over 2 weeks since I first contacted you. I sent you the photo you requested over a week ago. I need for you to please respond with how you are going to address this before I decide that the only way to get a response is to escalate it.May 30: Today. I have yet to have any response from the company as to how they are going to resolve this.I can't find a phone number anywhere online, nor a name of a Customer Support manager or company owner. This company has poor fulfillment and QA procedures, doesn't respond to customers once they have their money, and overall demonstrates unethical operations. January 16, 2024 - placed order with BoxNCase for $284.50 for an item that appeared in stock February 1, 2024 - contacted my credit card company to dispute charge when I learned false advertising and they didn't have the item portrayed in stock on their website; my credit card company issued conditional credit February 4, 2024 - Received email from BoxNCase that order #**** has been cancelled and refund of payment is processing March 8, 2024 - BoxNcase has disputed with my credit card company and my card company and reversed the credit April 1, 2024 - Left Voicemail for BoxNCase customer service April 1, 2024 - Sent email to BoxNCase customer service; response was that my credit card company owed me the money; I asked for proof of where BoxNCase sent funds to my card company April 2, 2024 - Emailed copy of my card statement to BoxNCase showing proof of being charged back to me and again asked for proof of the credit they issued to my bank April 2, 2024 - Left Voicemail for BoxNCase customer service As of today - April 3, 2024 - BoxNCase is completely unresponsive; no one has returned my call and no one has responded to my emails.I need assistance is getting my refund and want to make others aware of the issues with this company.Initial Complaint

I have requested they cancel the subscription for Dentyne Gum. They have ignored my request and what occurs is that they send me notification of an order, and the money is charged. I then have to cancel that order and request a refundwhich they do. My issue is that they appear to refuse the subscription cancellation and as a result it becomes a constant cancel and refund order problem. I want the subscription canceled so that no other orders get processed. I have requested this 5 times and no response . Can you help me ?Customer response

Date of transaction: 12/6/23 Amount paid: $164.62 Business committed to: timely delivery (website claimed up to 2 ****** ********** of goods Nature of dispute: business took payment on 12/6 and never delivered services. I contacted them repeatedly & would be told goods were shipping imminently/soon, but these were all misleading - the items never shipped (I'm writing this on 1/23/24 - 1.5months after initial purchase). Business is misleading in their advertising (on their website) and in their communications with me. It is not acceptable to do this - less so when you take someone's hard-earned money for 1.5 months and fail to deliver the expected services.ORDER #: ****Initial Complaint

10/22/2023 Ordered a case of Wintogreen Lifesavers for my father-in-law.***** was immediately withdrawn from credit card.Shipment was shown as 'pending' and now it has disappeared from website.I've requested a refund three times from BoxNCase and have received no responses.Customer response

I purchased a case of chili sauce because the website shows theyre in stock. However, the item never shipped. I reached out to their customer service and was told the item is NOT in stock and that itll get shipped whenever it becomes available. This is false advertisement to show an item in stock when it isnt. They agreed to refund me if I want it refunded which I said I would but they went radio silence. They have not responded to any emails. Seems like theyre refusing to refund me my money. This company isnt very ethical.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I still have not heard from the business but saw a refund processed. This is good enough for me.

I placed an order for cleaning products on September 5, 2023. I emailed the company on 9/19 and received a response email from the company on 9/21 saying that my order was being processed and I would be receiving a tracking number for my order. It is now 9/30 and I have received no tracking number or any communication from this company about my order. I now sent another email on 9/30 inquiring about my order. It has been 25 days and no information on tracking had been sent.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (#****) which has not been fulfilled. I have contacted the company three times via email and using their on-line communication system. Finally, I called the number given on their website, and it would only work if I had an extension number, which of course I do not have. I am frustrated by their continued disregard for my communication, which consisted solely of the question regarding any update on my order (#****).
