I ordered 4 pieces of jewelry and I never received them. I called them, they went straight to we are busy. Goodbye and they have yet to answer my emails. I am tired of waiting and I would just like my money back from these scammers.Business response

After reviewing our customer records of this customer, we have found that this customer never in fact placed and paid for the order in question. As you can see in the screenshots attached, the customer did in fact add four pieces of product to her cart on 11/23/22 at 3:04pm, but then abandoned the cart before fully checking out and submitting payment for her order. Order therefore was never received by our team, was never processed by our team, and was not shipped by our team, as this was not an actual order and was rather an abandoned cart.
