      On June 6, 2023 I purchased a vehicle (2013 ******* MKT) from DSA Motor Sports. When I was at the shop to pick up the car, I saw that the hood would not stay up. They had a metal rod in there to hold it up. I didn't think to tell them about it at the time and so much has happened since, it slipped my mind. On the drive home, it developed a radiator leak so on 6/21/23, a new radiator was installed by a repair shop near my home. DSA paid $ 650 and I paid about $ 200. On 7/3/23, the car started blowing blue smoke. DSA told me to have the car towed to their shop in NY. I did - it cost me $ 273. It was towed to SJK Motors who tried a cheap fix which did not work so a new turbo was installed. They had the car for 17 days for this repair. I picked it up on 7/19/23 and on the way home, the check enginge light was on. I told them and they said it would go out. It did not. On 9/14/23, I took the car to my local mechanic for inspection. It failed. This mechanic took pictures of the machine read out to show why it failed. I have the error codes if you need them. On 9/19/23, I drove the car back to DSA Motor Sports. They had the car another 22 days to install a new catalytic converter. When I picked the car up and brought it home on 10/10/23, there were oil drips in my driveway. I took it back to the local mechanic and it passed inspection, but they told me that the oil drip was coming from the motor, and it would be a big job to find the source. On 11/13/23, I called DSA Motor Sports to tell them about the latest issue (oil leak). I talked to *****, finance manger, who promised to get back to me. To date, I have not heard back.

      On June 6th 2023 ******* ******** purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKT. All of our vehicles come with a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty. We strive to sell good quality vehicles. Unfortunately, vehicles are machines and may malfunction at any point in time. We were notified by *** ******** that there were some issues. Over the course of the warranty, we stood behind our vehicle and replaced the radiator, the turbo and the Catalytic Converter and other miscellaneous issues.  *** ******** was well beyond our warranty period however we still replaced and repaired what was needed.
      After several weeks customer called us regarding an oil leak. It was explained to him that oil leaks are not covered under the warranty as well as New York State Lemon Law and his warranty period is over by miles and time. At this point there is nothing else we can do.
