On May 11 of 2023. Gutter screens were installed on the home for $2800. Water was soon flowing over instead of inside the gutter. A professional roofer inspected and said My shingles cover almost half of the screen leaving limited space to catch the flowing water. Take into account the screen's reduced ability for fast flow. I now have water flowing over the gutters that are suppose catch water This easily could have been avoided by PHYSICALLY looking at the roof, instead of walking around with a tape measure. Simply put ,because of my shingles this home was not a candidate for screens. Yet this business proceeded for financial gains over the homeowners protected interests.They need to be removedBusiness response

All they need to do is call us and we could repair anything if there is a problem everything is under warranty. My house was built in ****. I have Yankee Gutters built into the soffits of the house. Started in 7/21, ****'s Gutters replaced Left Yankee Gutter, Last 10/22, He came and replaced Front Yankee Gutter. Both are leaking, down spout drainage hole plugged shut by him, shingles not secured down, membrane not even tacked down under metal, roofs are leaking onto front porch and into my home. He took over $20,000.00 from me. Kindly asked for a refund but was refused and told to go "F" myself. Pictures and receipts as proof. Horrible, shady, self serving, selfish, greedy way to do business. I never want you on my property or near my house again. You should be ashamed. Trust me, I was abused and discriminated against by you. Im single, *****, and a female, sole home and business owner. *******Customer response
