I went to quick way convienece yesterday August 8th approximately 230 or 300 to purchase a **** e cigarette and box of refill pods. I took home charged it and tried to use it and it didn't work..color on charge was green but just didn't work..also 1 of refill pods was leaking..I went right back and he refused to exchange for another unit..I spent 25 on unit and 25 on refill pods..Business response

To whom it concern.
The customer purchased, the **** E CIGETT,E, **** company has policy when you buy **** product, you have to register the product online, so if there is a problem with the product they can replace the product. Our store policy is we do not Exchange or Refund on any E CIGS, E LEQUIDS, HOOKAH / TOBACCO. The policy is posted in the store. i tried to explained to the customer to register the product so she can get replacement, but customer refused and demanded for the new one. As per our store policy we can not. the customer called the suffolk county cops, cops came in and said the same thing what i said to the customer previously about the registering the **** product.
